Girl time with Diane, Anna and Eve

I got to go out to a NSPIRE inspection for 800 Southern ave and spend one more night with Diane and family.  They made it EXTRA special but hosting a girls night!!  I was OVER THE MOON!

Anna set up foot massagers, nail salon, face masks and we all watched Barbie - No boys allowed. 

Now that was a treasure =) Plus I got to be the first guest to use their newly remodeled bathroom!!  Turned out just beautiful.  Love thinking of Eve enjoying it daily.  Just perfect!

Drew's Birthday - 12!!

You blink and the next one is having a birthday!  Love the curiosity this one brings to the family.  Never short of questions, up for just about anything.  Pretty darn durable!  Love being around this one.

Drew's birthday weekend ended with the grand opening of Mizu!!  The new hibachi restaurant in Simsbury - opened by a canton family.  Perfect reason to visit for his birthday weekend.

Shane's Birthday

Sometimes the best timing is no timing at all!!  For his Monday birthday he had a soccer game which is a HUGE win in Shane's book as he loves his field time.  Then we grabbed some burgers at Plan B.  By the time we all came home we had a houseful! 

Here's to 14 Shane Leadbetter!  You are turning into one very teenagery teenager.  Love the drive on the field, the whittyness around the house,  I cannot believe how much you have grown and changed.  I do miss the little nugget that used to wrap his arm around our necks after a good nap.

Neighborhood Oktober fest!

Our neighborhoods Oktoberfest party!!  With this rainy fall weekend weather, it sure was hard to find a weekend but we managed to get a sunny Sunday afternoon to celebrate!

Jeanne puts so much effort into this event.  Such a labor of love.  Hope she enjoyed it all!!

Can you believe we did it?!?!  We have a lake house!  Closed this week.  Love love love that we get to do this as the MayBetters.  Love that we closed at our high school friend Greg Piecuch's real estate lawyers' office.  The friendships and connections through the years just feel nostalgically beautiful.
