Drew's overnight experience is at a simple bible camp on Lake Ossippee NH, They had a camp ground linked to the camp so we opted to stay the night and get him settled. We were THRILLED when the Canny's took us up on the option to join. The camp had great little tent sites. The Canny's are rather sensitive to not wanting to bother others, so when they rolled up to their camp site and it was already occupied - a double booking senario worked out in their favor as they scored a cabin that was PERFECT for them.
Loved this capture as the kids are headed to find the lake togehter.
Dogs could be on one side of the rope - Nora soaked it up and became rather water logged
LOVED camp sleeping! the best.
We had an adorable boxer dog that loved noting (barking) when folks or creatures walked by. His name was Ziggy! I want to remember how adorably wiggly he was. He belonged to a family whose grandmother owned him and was camping with her 3 granddaughters before they too went to camp.
Love this shot of Nora and her leash - going anywhere? Not Nora.
Proud dad and his camping expedition
Chris served up a delicious breakfast for all!
All smiles from a great night sleep! Canny's went on to grab a floating trampoline and we headed to deliver our baby on a week's worth of camping adventure.
Here he goes with the upmost confidence. Check out the view of his cabin and his cool counselor.
OMG, I cannot even..... The bunks, the cabin, the little dude. Drew I hope its just wonderful!
meanwhile at a pub near by - I think this is a spaghettis grilled cheese sandwich
Here we are - just missing a few kiddos. Shane is actually in VT with his buddy Theo - his overnight camp is later this month.
Such an empty car!
