The weeks before Christmas can be such a blur - Knowing we are packing up and headed to GERMANY - its a joyful blur or MANY MANY activities -

First up - WE LOVE when Drew gets motivated to make cookies (except nick when its wrestling season) so here is holiday batch #1
Next up - holiday concert - Love our little trombone player. My mom was away - but thrilled my dad joined us!
Ugly sweater middle school dance! yes please. This crew sure is something.
There's Frankie - his outfit was OUTSTANDING. only thing I am thinking is sweaty hot dancing boys - have fun everyone. Favorite memory for me is driving many of them home singing 'All I want for Christmas is you' and EVERYONE knowing the words. It was the BEST (and Shane was surely embarrassed)
Holiday minute to win it games with the neighbors - Cassandra really brought the party!
Want to see the bell shaking video?
Of course you do.
That is a well decorated Schmoopy bear!
Schmoopy and Jules - the neighborhood Christmas trees.
Next up the neighborhood cookie swap! Big success!
Now that Thanksgiving is over these guys freely cross the road on a snowy day
Company party at Nomads - they replaced my dancing machine with this key board that both Ally and Steve were addicted to.
The boys joined and Shane CRUSHED the basketball game! Beat Steve - I had to take the photo to prove it.
That night we started looking at the weather - CT was due for a crazy wind/ice strom. The airlines were offering us a free plane change. We decided to head out a DAY EARLY! SO EXCITED!!
Now to contain my excitement. Here we are - my company was investigating the possibility of developing the Collinsville Axe Factory. The place is amazing and a money pit at the same time. This venue I am photographing is a shame that it isn't a restaurant that family's can enjoy the view.
Excited to go to my folks and celebrate Christmas before we head out - love this traditional Christmas decoration that Chris purchased for my folks 10 years ago!
The unwrapping of it all
Chris wanted to capture this photo of a dessert that was specially shipped to him from a Gene from Johnson Controls. Red Velvet, Pecon, cherry, chocolate vanilla - 5 pies/cakes in one. His joke is that is allowed 1 piece of cake for dessert - so why not layer it on!
Great job dressing in canton colors boys! Well done! Merry pre-Christmas all. My folks will head to my sisters for the holiday and watch the pooches a bit too.
