The pumpkin farm thing

The pumpkin farms out here make for quite the event - whether its the hayride, the slides, or just the exploring - we managed to schedule one in.  I texted Teresa on a random Friday afternoon hoping to be able to link up when she came up with this great idea!!  It was only 15 minutes from our home and we all had a great fall afternoon.
A pumpkin for my pumpkin
They had a perfect little hay ride.  part way through you could search for a pumpkin - the way home was through the pond!!
The rest of the farm was full of fun stuff too.  They had a rather impressive bamboo maze (yes Stacie  I thought of you and your wild bamboo!),
see-saws
Several brightly color tunnels perfect for crawling through
the MAIN attraction was the mountain of slides.  There are 6 coming down.  some open, some STEEP, some in tunnels, all fabulous
We all got to slide down

The boys had a BLAST.  It was the perfect Friday afternoon and Teresa and i became the coolest moms for making it happen.  They literally had to kick us out at 6pm (closing time)  This is Teresa trying to climb back in - hehehe....

On our way out Nick selected a fabulous pumpkin, so fabulous that we paid a fortune for it and it took me quite a while to find a face worthy of such a pricey pumpkin....  Check the next blog
