We survived spring break and are super excited for some family time in Springfield VA. Liz and Tam navigated a LONG drive from wintry Saranac lake (upstate NY) to see lots of friends and family on the way down and spend some time in sunny VA. We hope the weather continues to heat up for them. They still have lots of snow in NY without much hope of it going away. yikes right?? It was cute to see their munchkins in short sleeves and such while we were still bundled up. All about perspective i guess!
Saturday was a beautiful day and fabulous for the kids to just run. We hit the playgrounds right after we arrived just to burn some energy.
Later that evening we knocked out a 'practice' Easter egg hunt. Anyone peeking?
