Soccer boys

'tis the season to put those cleats on!

Nick and Shane were both on soccer teams this season.  Chris was the coach of Nick's team and a helper for Shane's drills.  It made for a busy week with 2 practices a week.  Chris did an amazing job of navigating a horrible commute to make it home in time for them.  I can only imagine the stress involved with that.  The boys LOVED it - so that surely helped his efforts.

Shane had mostly drills and scrimmaged once.  He SO wished they were all games.

Nick has changed so much on the soccer field.  More tenacious, better ball control and one of the successful ones on the field.  

Loved catching a few great shots.   Chris did a great job of keeping them all together - his patience amazing.  They won their final game and Nick managed to knock in 4 goals!!  David Beckam - not yet...

Next year buddy??  Maybe =)!
